Feasibility Study
Working with our clients, we assess the project and intended outcome to see if it is compatible with the land. This includes research into the governing codes of the site. Once a feasibility study is complete our clients can move forward with confidence, knowing their project will work on the selected site.

Permitting
It’s one thing to design a building, but if you don’t have the right permits you won’t be able to build. We help you to determine what permits are necessary then apply for them so your project can move to the build phase without a hitch.
