A classic early century West Seattle Funeral Home is converted into Law Offices.
"I just love it; I’ve looked for an old house on California Avenue since I started my practice,” said attorney Sharon Best. She never imagined her law practice would be in a former mortuary. Embalming Room and Chapel were transformed into Offices and Conference Room. The attic became a workout gym for the tenants. But the design objective with the adaptive reuse renovation was to keep the simple elegance of the old building that has graced California Ave since 1926.
